In this 6-week program you will learn how to eat and properly fuel your body to reduce your body fat as well as the exercises in order to improve your quality of life, body composition and to reach your health and fitness goals.

After completing YFIT Camp you can meet one-on-one with our Wellness Director, Cathy Mason, each month to discuss strategies for success and reinforce what has been learned in YFIT Camp. Club YFIT includes weigh-ins and body fat analysis.
