WATER AEROBICS

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is a great cardiovascular workout for anyone!  Our cycling classes are offered in many different formats, including interval, strength and endurance.  We are proud to be the only indoor cycling facility in Sumter!  Click on the link below to view our indoor cycling schedule.
