Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Arthritis is open to anyone who wants to improve their balance, focus, and overall well-being. Join this beginner’s class where you will develop a sense of serenity as you immerse into the stages of this movement art form. Move at your own pace while practicing movement control, weight transference, and the integration of body and mind.
Fridays, 11:15 – 12:00pm
Cost: Members: $5/class or $40 for 8 weeks Potential Members: $8/class or $64 for 8 weeks.
Held in the group exercise room.
